New Build

Abruzzo Properties build new and restore old houses in the beautiful region of Abruzzo in Italy. We are not estate agents although we do provide a seperate purchase consultancy service working exclusively for the buyer.

We are currently building two new properties but in a very different style too, as far as we know at least, any other developer in the region.

All our properties are built of solid stone, have exposed timber beamed ceilings and terra cotta floors. We do not try to squeeze in an extra bedroom where there is clearly not space, but prefer to provide comfortable living accommodation of generous proportions.

Our houses look 150 years years old when they are finished but utilize all the latest building technology and of course comply with all the local building regulations.

Therefore if you want a damp house, with a leaky, un insulated roof, suspect electrics running on old speaker cable and a plumbing system that works when it feels like it then we are probably not the people to talk to.
